Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PoryPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Description of Service

PoryPro provides a community-driven database and tracking tool for Pokemon GO. This service is provided "as-is" and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

You agree to use PoryPro for lawful purposes only. While basic database browsing does not require registration, creating an account or logging in via third-party providers (such as Discord) is required to configure tracking alerts, manage notification channels, and access user control panels. You agree to provide accurate information, respect the community, and safeguard your login credentials.

4. Discord Integration & Bot Services

PoryPro integrates with Discord OAuth and automated notification bots (including Poracle) to provide user authentication, real-time alert delivery, and profile synchronization. By connecting your Discord account, you authorize PoryPro to synchronize your notification preferences, tracking filters, and geofences with our alert dispatch bot.

The Discord bot delivers notifications to private Direct Messages (DMs) or designated server channels as configured in your user dashboard. You agree to use these integrations in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. PoryPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of alerts, as notifications may be subject to Discord API rate limits, server outages, or third-party network conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

Pokémon and Pokémon GO are copyright of The Pokémon Company, Niantic, Inc., and Nintendo. All trademarked images and names are property of their respective owners. PoryPro is not affiliated with these entities.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information provided on PoryPro is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the data.
